The MD-DH-T3311 is a desktop automatic soldering robot designed for precision soldering in electronic and electrical manufacturing. It automatically feeds solder wire to the soldering tip and performs programmed soldering operations, helping improve consistency compared with manual soldering. The robot can perform spot, line and circular soldering, while parameters such as solder-wire length, preheating time, soldering time and return height can be programmed. It also includes an automatic soldering-tip cleaning function. Minder Hightech The MD-DH-T3311 has an X-axis and Y-axis stroke of 300 mm each and a Z-axis stroke of 100 mm. It can optionally use an R rotary axis, allowing the soldering direction and angle to be adjusted. The system has a rated X-Y-Z speed of 500 mm/s, maximum speed of 1,000 mm/s, and positioning accuracy of approximately ±0.02 mm. It supports solder wire thickness of 0.3–1.6 mm and soldering temperatures up to approximately 500°C.
